Dispatch and delivery
Orders placed before 1 pm are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1 pm go out the next working day.
After dispatch, delivery within Germany usually takes 2 to 3 working days, and 3 to 5 working days to Austria and France.
Payment methods
You can pay with FoxPay (online banking, QR code payment or card), or in advance by bank transfer. The methods available for a given order are shown during checkout.
For advance transfer you will receive our bank details with the order confirmation, and the goods are dispatched once payment has been received. With FoxPay you receive a secure payment link by email right after placing your order, and the goods are dispatched once the payment has been received.
Collection in store
Select store pickup at checkout. During opening hours your order is usually ready within two hours, and you will be notified as soon as it is.
